Concerns or Complaints

If you have a concern or complaint about the services you received at the CDC, please let us know so we can help to resolve your concerns and improve our service.  Completed forms can be mailed or dropped off at the centre.  We seek to resolve issues that arise with our services quickly.  

The Child Development Centre conducts a formal review of all complaints annually. This includes, but is not limited to, looking at trends, areas needed for performance improvements and what actions to be taken. All complaints and concerns are taken seriously and to be given and accepted free of reprisal or barrier to service.

Any concerns that elevate to the level of the Executive Director or above, are considered an official complaint.  We received no complaints over the 2020-2021 fiscal year.
